The KuKirin G4 Ultra arrives with a clear ambition: to go much further than the G4 we have known until now.
KuKirin has not simply increased the performance slightly. Dual motors, a new 60V platform, much faster charging and several new features for the G4 range give the G4 Ultra a completely different dimension.
So, what does the new KuKirin G4 Ultra actually offer, and more importantly, what is new for Riders? Let’s take a closer look at its specifications and most interesting features.
KuKirin G4 Ultra: Dual 1000W Motors for 2000W
The motor system is one of the biggest changes on the KuKirin G4 Ultra. Instead of relying on a single motor, the scooter features a 1000W front motor and a 1000W rear motor, providing a total rated power of 2000W.
Peak power is rated at 1200W per motor, or up to 2400W combined. The motors operate on a 60V platform, with maximum output torque rated at ≥30 N·m.
This dual-motor configuration provides a stronger launch response, better mid-range acceleration and improved traction when the scooter is under load. KuKirin also rates the maximum climbing angle at up to 30° under suitable conditions.
For Riders coming from a single-motor scooter, the dual-motor system is therefore one of the most significant changes introduced by the G4 Ultra.
Up to 70 km/h with the KuKirin G4 Ultra
The KuKirin G4 Ultra has a manufacturer-rated maximum speed of up to 70 km/h under suitable conditions.

Three speed levels are available: 20 km/h, 40 km/h and 70 km/h. The lower setting is better suited to relaxed riding, while the intermediate level offers a compromise between performance and energy consumption. The highest setting allows the dual-motor system to deliver its full performance.
Actual speed can vary depending on Rider weight, battery level, terrain and riding conditions.
Riders should always follow the laws and regulations applicable to electric scooters in their location.
KuKirin G4 Ultra Battery: 60V 20Ah and 1200 Wh
To supply its dual motors, the KuKirin G4 Ultra uses a 60V 20Ah battery with approximately 1200 Wh, or 1.2 kWh, of energy.
The 60V platform is designed to support sustained dual-motor performance while providing enough battery capacity for longer rides.

Under KuKirin’s specified test conditions, maximum range reaches up to 80 km in ECO mode. This decreases to approximately 50 km in SPORT mode and 35 km in RACE mode.
These figures also show how significantly riding performance affects energy consumption. Using both motors more aggressively and riding at higher speeds naturally requires considerably more energy.
Real-world range will also depend on Rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, average speed and acceleration.
KuKirin G4 Ultra 5A Fast Charger: Around 5–6 Hours
One of the most interesting upgrades on the KuKirin G4 Ultra is its charging system.
A 1200 Wh battery could require a significant amount of time to recharge with a low-output charger. KuKirin addresses this with a 67.2V 5A fast charger.

The manufacturer states a charging time of approximately 5 to 6 hours.
The 5A output is particularly useful with a battery of this capacity. For Riders regularly taking longer trips, faster charging significantly reduces the waiting time between rides.
The charger operates from an AC 200–240V, 50/60Hz input with a 3A input current and provides a 67.2V / 5A output.
11-Inch Tubeless Tires on the KuKirin G4 Ultra
The KuKirin G4 Ultra is equipped with large 11-inch tubeless tires.
The larger tire size provides a stable foundation for a scooter of this size and performance level while helping it deal with uneven road surfaces.
The tubeless construction also removes the traditional inner tube. This eliminates punctures specifically caused by pinching an inner tube, commonly known as pinch flats.
KuKirin recommends a tire pressure of 340 kPa, or approximately 50 PSI.
Checking the pressure regularly remains important. On a heavy and powerful scooter such as the G4 Ultra, underinflated tires can increase rolling resistance, affect handling and reduce range.
Front and Rear Suspension for More Comfort
The KuKirin G4 Ultra uses dual swingarm spring suspension at both the front and rear.
Combined with the large 11-inch tires, the suspension system helps absorb irregularities in the road and improves comfort when riding on rougher surfaces.
This combination also contributes to the overall stability of the scooter, which becomes increasingly important as riding speeds increase.
160 mm Front and Rear Disc Brakes
To manage the performance of the KuKirin G4 Ultra, KuKirin uses 160 mm disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels.
The mechanical disc brakes work together with a motor power cut-off system when braking. KuKirin states a braking distance of approximately 8 to 12 metres, depending on conditions.
On a dual-motor scooter with this level of performance, brake maintenance is particularly important. Brake pads, discs and the general condition of the braking system should be checked regularly.
A Large 294 × 42 mm Integrated Display
The KuKirin G4 Ultra also introduces a large integrated display measuring 294 × 42 mm.
The objective is to provide the Rider with essential information in a format that is easier to read at a glance while riding.

The display provides access to information and functions including the battery level, total mileage, speed level and cruise control. The cockpit also integrates turn-signal information and other riding functions into a single interface.
This wider display gives the G4 Ultra a noticeably different cockpit from more conventional electric scooter dashboards.
The KuKirin G4 Ultra Also Features Bluetooth Audio
Another unusual feature of the KuKirin G4 Ultra is its integrated Bluetooth audio system.
A smartphone can be paired wirelessly with the scooter, allowing the Rider to play audio or receive voice navigation prompts.
However, Bluetooth audio should not be confused with an official scooter configuration app.
KuKirin currently does not provide an official mobile app for the G4 Ultra. The manufacturer also advises customers not to use unauthorized third-party applications to connect to or modify its products.
KuKirin G4 Ultra: A Bigger and Heavier Scooter
With two motors, a 1.2 kWh battery and 11-inch tires, the KuKirin G4 Ultra is naturally a substantial scooter.
Its net weight is rated at 37.6 ± 0.5 kg, while the maximum load is 120 kg. When unfolded, it measures 1340 × 650 × 1275 mm. When folded, its height is reduced to 562 mm.
This weight should be considered for everyday use. The G4 Ultra is foldable, but at nearly 38 kg, regularly carrying it upstairs or onto public transport will be considerably more difficult than with a lightweight commuter scooter.
KuKirin G4 Ultra: 60V, 2000W and 5A Fast Charging
The KuKirin G4 Ultra stands out primarily through the combination of its dual 1000W motors, 60V 20Ah / 1200 Wh battery and 5A fast charger.
KuKirin complements this configuration with a manufacturer-rated top speed of up to 70 km/h, up to 80 km of range in ECO mode, 11-inch tubeless tires, front and rear suspension, 160 mm disc brakes and a large integrated display.
